Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• Platform: the Combinu website, dashboard, and related digital services.
• User / you: any individual or business that creates an account or uses the Services.
• Customer / end user: the contacts and end users whose data is managed through the Platform.
• Services: CRM, the unified inbox, automation, AI features, forms, landing pages, websites and hosting, reputation tools, and communication services and related features.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Combinu on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company.

3. Account creation and security

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity through the account is deemed authorized by the account owner.
• Combinu may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violation.

4. Free trial and onboarding

If a free trial is offered, the trial starts at $0 today unless stated otherwise at checkout. During the trial some features may be limited, and telecom and messaging services may remain inactive until activation or upgrade and until compliance requirements are met.

Manual onboarding: Combinu may require manual setup (including creating the workspace and loading preset configurations), which may take up to one business day.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

• The Services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly, annual, or as specified).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing within a promotional offer.

Promotional offers

Launch pricing or promotional offers (including waived setup fees and bundled extras) are limited to the period or quantity stated at the time of purchase. The promotional monthly price and its benefits remain valid for the subscriber as long as the subscription stays active and paid — regardless of future price increases.

Lapse in payment: If a payment fails, a grace period of 14 days applies with no loss of benefits. Between 15 and 30 days of non-payment the account may be frozen while the subscriber keeps the offer benefits. After more than 30 days of non-payment, or upon cancellation, the promotional price and its benefits lapse permanently, and any new subscription is at the then-current rates. Accounts unpaid for more than 60 days may be deleted under clause 12.

6. Telecom and messaging fees

Some Services rely on third-party providers (carriers, message aggregators, email providers, and Meta/WhatsApp). Accordingly, usage may incur telecom and messaging fees on a pay-per-use basis after activation or upgrade, according to usage and provider pricing. Availability and pricing may vary by country, carrier, and usage type.

Initial usage credit (if any): If Combinu provides an initial credit after activation, it is a promotional benefit that may be subject to limits and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

7. Fair use policy

To protect service quality, Combinu may apply a reasonable fair use policy, including but not limited to:

• The AI Social Studio feature includes up to 200 posts per month generated by AI for normal use.
• Excessive or abusive use may lead to some features being restricted or suspended until the next billing cycle.

8. Compliance obligations

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and provider policies, including prior-consent requirements for messaging campaigns and any required disclosures or opt-out mechanisms.

9. Prohibited use

Users may not use the Platform for:

• Sending unsolicited messages or bulk spam without valid consent.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• Violating the terms and policies of Meta/WhatsApp or telecom providers.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempting to breach, overload, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.

10. AI and generated content

• Combinu provides AI-powered tools to assist with messaging, content, and automation.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it.
• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable.
• Combinu is not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI output.

11. Third-party services

Combinu may rely on third-party services. Third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, carrier filtering, number blocking, or delivery issues may affect the Services. Combinu is not liable for third-party enforcement actions or outages.

12. Limitation of liability

• Combinu does not guarantee any specific business, marketing, or financial results.
• Combinu is not liable for data loss or business interruption caused by third-party providers, network issues, or user error.
• Combinu is not liable for penalties, bans, or delivery issues imposed by carriers, Meta/WhatsApp, or other providers.
• Total aggregate liability is capped at one month's subscription fees.

13. Suspension or termination

• Combinu may suspend or terminate a user's account in cases of violations, abuse, fraud, or non-payment.
• If a subscription remains unpaid or inactive for more than 60 days, Combinu may delete the account and its associated data.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming.
