These terms ("Program Terms") govern your application to and participation in the Combinu Affiliate / Partner Program. The Program is operated by Combinu LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States ("Combinu," "we," "us," or "our").
These Program Terms supplement Combinu's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Submitting an application does not by itself create any right to commissions or make you an approved partner.
1Definitions
For these Terms:
- Applicant means an individual or business that submits an application to join the Program.
- Partner means an Applicant approved by Combinu and activated in one or more Campaigns. Partners may include affiliates, agencies, consultants, creators, influencers, and other approved promotional partners.
- Campaign means a specific promotional arrangement within the Program with its own commercial and promotional rules.
- Campaign Terms means the commercial terms applicable to a Campaign, including reward or commission calculations, attribution rules, qualifying results, payout rules, and exceptions.
- Referral Link means a link, identifier, code, or other method approved by Combinu for attributing traffic, customers, or results to a Partner.
- Qualified Result means a result that satisfies the applicable Campaign Terms.
- Promotional Content means any post, advertisement, video, message, page, or other material used to introduce or promote Combinu.
2Eligibility
An Applicant must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and, if applying as an individual, must be at least 18 years old. If you apply on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to act for that business.
Combinu may request additional information to verify an application, suitability, identity, or regulatory requirements.
3Application and review
All information submitted in an application must be accurate, truthful, and current.
Combinu reviews applications independently and may approve, reject, or request additional information. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, and an Applicant does not become an active Partner merely by submitting the form.
4Approval, activation, and Campaign Terms
You may not begin promoting yourself as an approved Combinu Partner or use Campaign-specific referral links or materials until Combinu has approved and activated you in the relevant Campaign.
Before promotion begins, Combinu may provide the applicable Campaign Terms or commercial offer. Any required Campaign Terms must be accepted before commissions or rewards can accrue under them.
Campaign Terms may vary by market, partner type, offer, product, or promotional channel. Acceptance into one Campaign does not create a right to join another Campaign.
No commission or reward accrues retroactively for activity that occurred before activation unless the applicable Campaign Terms expressly state otherwise.
5Promotional standards and disclosure
When promoting Combinu, you must:
- represent Combinu and its services accurately and truthfully;
- avoid promises, guarantees, or claims that Combinu has not approved;
- clearly disclose the commercial nature of your relationship with Combinu whenever disclosure is required;
- identify advertising, sponsored, or commission-based content clearly where required by law or by the nature of the content;
- use disclosure language that is clear, understandable to the audience, and placed where it is difficult to miss;
- follow the applicable Campaign instructions and approved marketing materials;
- obtain any licenses, permits, or approvals required for your promotional activity.
Any review, endorsement, recommendation, or experience you publish must reflect your genuine opinion or experience. You may not fabricate experiences, results, testimonials, or impressions.
6Saudi Arabia-specific promotional compliance
If your promotional activity is directed to audiences in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or is carried out from within Saudi Arabia, you are responsible for complying with applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and official requirements relating to advertising, media content, e-commerce, personal data, and any other regulated activity.
Where applicable, this includes obtaining the licenses required to provide advertising content through social media platforms, clearly identifying promotional content as advertising, and avoiding misleading or unlawful advertising.
Approval by Combinu does not replace any independent license, permit, or legal obligation that applies to you.
7Prohibited conduct
Unless the applicable Campaign Terms expressly permit it, you may not:
- self-refer or create transactions designed to generate commission from your own purchases or purchases you control directly or indirectly;
- create fake, duplicate, or fraudulent leads, accounts, or transactions;
- use spam, unsolicited messaging, or communications that violate applicable law or channel-provider policies;
- use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, artificial clicks, or other methods that manipulate attribution;
- use malware, adware, browser extensions, hidden techniques, or similar technology to force attribution;
- impersonate Combinu or imply that you are an employee or authorized agent able to bind Combinu;
- offer discounts, cashback, or incentives in Combinu's name without written approval when they are not part of the Campaign;
- publish false or misleading information about pricing, results, or product capabilities;
- create domains, accounts, or pages likely to mislead users into believing they are officially owned by Combinu without written authorization;
- recruit sub-affiliates or create additional referral layers unless expressly permitted by the Campaign;
- engage in unlawful activity or violate third-party rights or platform policies.
Campaign Terms may impose additional rules relating to paid advertising, use of Combinu marks in paid search, coupons, custom referral identifiers, or other promotional methods.
8Combinu brand and marketing materials
Once activated in a Campaign, Combinu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the approved marks and marketing materials supplied or approved for that Campaign solely for permitted promotional activity while you remain active.
No ownership in the Combinu name, marks, assets, or materials transfers to you.
You may not modify approved logos or marketing materials in a misleading way or materially change their meaning without approval.
Your right to use Program materials and Combinu marks ends when your participation is suspended or terminated unless Combinu agrees otherwise in writing.
9Referral tracking and attribution
Combinu uses tracking and attribution methods to record traffic, customers, and results associated with Partners.
Attribution rules, tracking windows, referral priority, and any use of coupons or referral identifiers are defined in the applicable Campaign Terms.
A recorded click, lead, or visit does not by itself create a commission entitlement unless it is expressly a Qualified Result under the Campaign Terms.
Combinu's operational records are the basis for determining attribution, result status, and commissions, subject to Combinu's right to correct technical errors, duplicates, and fraud.
Tracking can be affected by browser settings, cookie blocking, privacy tools, service interruptions, or other technical factors outside Combinu's reasonable control. Combinu does not guarantee that every visit will be tracked in every circumstance.
10Commissions, rewards, and payouts
These public Program Terms do not establish a universal commission rate or reward amount.
The applicable Campaign Terms may define:
- commission or reward type;
- the Qualified Result;
- one-time or recurring treatment;
- commission duration;
- eligible products or revenue;
- payout timing and terms;
- any payout threshold;
- exceptions and adjustments.
These terms may differ between Campaigns, markets, and partner types.
A commission is not necessarily payable merely because it appears as pending or provisional. Payment remains subject to the qualification and approval rules in the applicable Campaign Terms.
11Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and fraud
A commission may be rejected, reversed, or adjusted when the underlying transaction or result is cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible.
If a commission has already been paid and the underlying result is later determined to be ineligible under the Campaign Terms, Combinu may make an adjustment or offset against future amounts to the extent permitted by law.
12Personal data and privacy
Combinu processes information relating to your application and Program participation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
You may not collect personal data on behalf of Combinu or present yourself as authorized to collect personal data for Combinu unless you have written authorization.
If you independently collect personal data and then submit or disclose it to Combinu, you are responsible for having the required lawful basis, notices, and consents and for the accuracy and lawful collection of that data.
You must take appropriate precautions to protect personal data received in connection with your promotional activity and must not use it for unauthorized purposes.
13Taxes and payout documentation
You are responsible for taxes, fees, and financial obligations applicable to amounts you receive under the Program.
Combinu may require payout information, residency information, tax documents, or identification before making a payout where operationally or legally required.
14Creators, influencers, and separate sponsorship arrangements
Combinu may create different Campaigns for creators, influencers, agencies, consultants, or other partner types, and those Campaigns may have different economics and promotional requirements.
If an arrangement includes a fixed content or sponsorship fee, defined post or video deliverables, content reuse rights, paid-ad usage rights, exclusivity, or other production obligations, those items may be governed by a separate Creator / Influencer Agreement.
These Program Terms alone do not transfer additional rights in either party's content beyond rights expressly stated in Campaign materials or a separate written agreement.
15Non-public information
If Combinu provides non-public commercial terms, plans, pricing, or Campaign information and identifies it as confidential or non-public, you must not disclose or use it outside the purpose for which it was provided.
16Independent relationship
Participation in the Program does not create an employment relationship, agency, legal partnership, franchise, or joint venture between you and Combinu.
You act independently and have no authority to bind Combinu to any contract, promise, or obligation.
Participation is non-exclusive unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
17Suspension and termination
Combinu may suspend or terminate your participation or remove you from a Campaign for violation of these Terms or Campaign Terms, fraudulent or deceptive conduct, legal or security risk, unauthorized brand use, or another legitimate reason necessary to protect the Program or customers.
You may stop promoting and end your participation by notifying Combinu.
Upon termination, you must stop using Program links and materials as instructed. Pending commissions are handled under the applicable Campaign Terms, including adjustments for refunds, fraud, or ineligibility.
18Changes to the Program or Terms
Combinu may modify the Program, these Terms, or particular Campaign Terms prospectively.
When a change is material to an active Partner, Combinu may provide notice by email, portal notice, or another appropriate method. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
Prospective changes are not intended to cancel commissions already finally approved for payout, except for corrections, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or legal requirements.
19No guarantee of earnings or results
Combinu does not guarantee any particular number of clicks, leads, customers, sales, commissions, or earnings.
Performance depends on multiple factors, including audience, channel, promotional method, market, product fit, customer behavior, and technical and commercial conditions.
20Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Combinu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from Program participation, third-party platforms or services, or tracking interruptions.
Any limitation or exclusion of liability in Combinu's general Terms of Use remains effective to the extent applicable.
You are responsible for the content, claims, and promotional methods you use and for violations of law or third-party rights arising from your activity.
21Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, without prejudice to mandatory laws that apply to promotional activity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or another market applicable to your activity.
22Order of precedence and entire agreement
Where more than one document applies, the more specific document controls within its subject matter:
- a separate Creator / Influencer Agreement, for paid deliverables, content rights, exclusivity, and similar creator-specific obligations;
- Campaign Terms, for commissions, attribution, Qualified Results, payouts, and Campaign-specific rules;
- these Program Terms, for general Program participation;
- Combinu's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, for use of the Combinu website/platform and personal-data practices within their scope.
Together, these documents form the agreement applicable to the relevant relationship, each within its scope.
